Held on July 15 at the lavish Wynn Palace Grand Theater, the event capped off an immersive week-long celebration of cocktail culture, culinary artistry, and global hospitality — uniting bartenders, chefs, industry icons, and media from across the globe.

This year’s edition marked a landmark moment not only for Wynn, but for Macao itself — positioning the city as an emerging force in Asia’s gastronomic and mixology scenes.
The red carpet was rolled out at Wynn Palace, where guests were welcomed with vibrant photo ops and a high-energy cocktail reception. Inside the Grand Theater, the official countdown of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 took place, celebrating the region’s most creative and boundary-pushing venues.
The festivities kicked off early with the Bartenders’ Feast the night before the ceremony, featuring standout cocktails from Wing Lei Bar, Tell Camellia, and Bar US at the stunning Wynn Palace Event Marquee. Earlier in the week, media and drink aficionados got an exclusive taste of the action through the Meet the Bartenders sessions, designed to showcase local bar talents to the global stage.
The grand finale? A lively Closing Party by the iconic Performance Lake, featuring curated drinks from Wing Lei Bar, Cosmo Pony, and The Curator, plus a special dragon’s beard candy booth run by Macao’s legendary Yau Kei Candy — a sweet cultural nod to the host city’s roots.
Elevating the Art of Cocktails
From July 11 to 15, the entire Wynn estate transformed into a hub of creative drink and dining collaborations. Over 25 guest events brought together leading global mixologists and chefs in bar takeovers, tasting experiences, and exclusive pop-ups.

- Inventors’ Laboratory, where legends Julio Bermejo (Tommy’s Margarita) and Sam Ross (Penicillin, Paper Plane) reimagined cocktails in a live mixology lab.
- North American West Coast Road Trip, featuring bar crews from Laowai, Thunderbolt, and Pacific Cocktail Haven, delivering signature West Coast flair.
- Aperitivo Canto at Wing Lei Bar, presented by Campari, fused Cantonese snacks from chef Tam Kwok Fung with drinks from Bar Sathorn, Moebius, Bar Leone, and others.
- Best of British, a collaborative bar night featuring icons from Schofield’s Bar, Kwãnt Mayfair, Hey Palu, and Macao’s own Wing Lei Bar.
